Travel grants may be awarded for participants coming from countries with relatively lower income, such as Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Turkey, Ukraine (for the complete list see Table high/low income countries [45 kb]).

In case of granting, your travel costs (only flights and trains) are fully covered. We also try to cover your accommodation to a certain extent. For this purpose, you will receive an appropriate offer. The booking of flights / trains / possible hotels is made by a company commissioned by us. Before your departure to Germany you get the electronic tickets.
Please register and transfer your registration fee before requesting a travel grant using the contact form beside. Registration is closed - there are no more available travel grants.
Note that there is no entitlement to award a travel grant. In case the grant is not awarded - and if the registration is cancelled up to and including 25 August 2016 - your registration fee will be fully refunded.
